Yeah because the move that resulted in the "fall" happened so quickly

the ref seemingly just forgot to award the back points. So the one kid was still stuck on, say, a 14 point lead, and the ref never awarded the points to get him to his 15 point tech fall. It was only after the fact that the ref realized he needed to award the back points somewhere in the second before the kid bridged straight into a pin. Just got lost in the moment I guess.
